The RYZQ series high-voltage dry magnetic stepless voltage regulation soft starting cabinet (referred to as the high-voltage dry voltage regulation soft starting cabinet) (2.3KV-12KV) is a series connection of adjustable inductance coils in the starting circuit of high-voltage motors to achieve the effect of adjustable motor voltage soft starting.

The RYZQ series high-voltage dry magnetic stepless voltage regulation soft starting cabinet (referred to as the high-voltage dry voltage regulation soft starting cabinet) (2.3KV-12KV) is a series connection of adjustable inductance coils in the starting circuit of high-voltage motors to achieve the effect of adjustable motor voltage soft starting. The working principle is to change the magnetic permeability of the magnetic medium in the magnetic field of the inductor coil, thereby changing the magnetic field strength of the coil, so that the inductance (impedance) value of the inductor coil can be adjusted from large to small within a predetermined time, reaching an infinitely adjustable inductance (impedance) value of the coil, gradually increasing the voltage at the motor end to full voltage, and achieving soft starting of the motor.


The RYZQ series high-voltage dry voltage regulation soft start is a new product that is different from liquid water resistors, solid-state thyristors (thyristors), magnetic controllers, magnetic valves, and frequency converters. It is also the unique product with the highest cost-effectiveness in the market.

The RYZQ series high-voltage dry regulating soft starter cabinet has the following advantages:


1. The integrated design of the switchgear, operating bypass cabinet, and starting cabinet is small in size and easy to install (it can also be designed separately).

Starting from 0.8 (or 0.4) times the starting current, it steadily rises to the set value, automatically adjusts, and is environmentally friendly to the sine wave of the power frequency grid, without harmonic pollution, avoiding damage to the motor, prolonging the service life of equipment mechanical components, and reducing the impact on the power grid.


4. Not affected by usage environment, temperature, and geographical location, suitable for various harsh environmental conditions.


A. Environmental temperature: -30 ℃ to+50 ℃ (optional up to+60 ℃) overcomes the disadvantage of liquid water resistance and other starting performance being affected by environmental temperature.
